Poor Design
It is the most poorly designed app. Need to throw out the current app and write it again. Copy some of the very good numerous intuitive apps available.
Not supported
I tried more than once to register through the application or website, but my registration was not accepted because my phone number is from the State of Kuwait
Clunky App of minimal use
This app is clunky, at least on iPhone. It does even keep track of your reservations, as it does not show any of my several reservations. Inner circle page never comes up. If you search offers, links seems to be broken. One expect much better from a Tara company when they have such a huge presence in IT industry. One is better off using their web site.

Useless App
You app sucks, the hotel list never auto populates while selecting member rates through TIC page. None of hotel’s booking link is never clickable. Just a non-functional glamorous app.

This app is not bad, but it seems to have been forgotten about. It needs an overhaul with more hotel information and... PLEASE... optimise for iPhone 11!! I have to close the app to get back to the home screen as the ‘x’ button is behind the clock on an iPhone 11!! C’mon Taj.... you can do better!
Poor quality
This app is not truly native and far behind better apps like SPG, Marriott, Hilton, etc. The performance is slow and user experience for Taj Inner Circle members is very poor. This app is embarrassing for a luxury brand hotel.
Not an app
Not really an app, just a link to their mobile website. Plus glitchy - for example if you log in to taj Innercircle account to search for a room, if you change the search it loses your info and you have to log back in. Defeats the purpose of an app, and serves to annoy more loyal customers.
Can't log in
I was very excited it looked like they finally produced a nap I could use. Downloaded right away after receiving the email but when I tried to login it just spun constantly.
Won't even let me log into my account.
What exactly is the point if this app?

1. Not optimized for iphone 5.
2. No support for passbook. It seems this app was made for 2004 iphone users in mind...really disappointing. look at SPG app and learn from them
