Horrible app badly designed company is semi incompetent
They somehow created a duplicate account and attached my minor son to it .. they entered my name incorrectly and refuse to fix it ..
Most Importantly there is no billing capabilities through the app so you can’t easily pay your bill through the main app or see past billing history … it’s really quite shocking how bad it is …

Please this company will tank your mental health with their irregular billing and they take hundreds of dollars out of your account randomly
Way too expensive.
I had a pretty easy experience setting up the appointment and navigating the app. I entered my insurance information and was told it was in network. Then after having my appointment and later viewing my insurance claim the bill was $710.00! I feel this is predatory, I mean it was an hour-long teledoc appointment. That seems exorbitant to me. I cancelled all subsequent appointments as I can’t afford that.

This App will steal money from you.
I had an appointment with a therapist which lasted all of 45 seconds. The doctor said I wouldn’t be charged and that he would be unable to help me, but that didn’t stop Talkiatry from stealing $100 from me for nothing. Misrepresentation of services.

This was a mistake
The doctor I spoke to did not try to help me at all. My experience with Talkiatry was so bad that I have written off all psychiatry as a treatment option. I hope I pick a better Therapist…
My Experience was Awful
So getting setup with and account and an initial appointment was fairly easy and straightforward, but that’s where the convenience ended. My first appointment was randomly cancelled with no explanation or warning. The second appointment I scheduled was in the app as scheduled, I showed up for it and was unable to access it no matter what I did. I then get a call from them asking me to setup an initial appointment, though I did that twice, and then told me that the appointment that I had scheduled for two weeks has no record of it. Ultimately I will be going elsewhere due to the issue of needing help with my mental health and them being unable or unwilling to provide me that service.
