No reliable and horrible customer service
I pay for this telephone service expecting it to be reliable, but when I needed it most, it was completely unavailable for over 24 hours. Even more disappointing, customer support’s suggestion was simply to switch providers if I wasn’t happy.
Reliability and availability are the basics of any telephone service. If you can’t provide that, and your response is to tell customers to leave, there’s a serious problem. I can’t recommend this service.
Go with other companies! Don’t waste your time and money!

Call failed error Code 420
Call failed: Error Code 420, doesnt work cannot make any calls. Just purchased 1 year number subscription and 600 credit but i cannot make a call. Without using my credit from 128 to 0 without doing anything.

Bad connection. Can’t hear. It only rings once for incoming and outgoing calls. Calls frequently drop. Videos don’t go through. Messages fail to send.

I found this app completely worthless. I had to use my own phone number and if I wanted to use a secondary number, I had to pay for it and use a different working phone number, so what’s the use? If I have a working phone, I don’t need all of this jargon!
This is great app
I lost my number and account by my own mistake, but the support calmly and attentively guided me and made me able to access the number. This definitely means consumer value for the app manufacturers. I recommend downloading this app because they value you.
Renewal issues
I try to add more credits to my account; but I have a limit of 1000 credits in 24 hours. My number expires in less than 12 hours. I need to purchase more credits immediately to keep my number please

This app is a scam. I bought unlimited calls plan and after charges it had a limit. Moreover, not even accepting call to call charges I was able to make a single call or text.

Call quality is horrible
Has a lot of trouble connecting the calls. Even when it’s connected the voice quality is poor and calls are often dropped. Come on: we pay for the service so you should pay the money for a quality server.

NO LONGER WORKS!
This used to work perfect as I use it in Brazil to call my Family in the USA! It no longer dials out but still received text message. I paid for a whole heep of minutes that I can’t use! I have sent support a few emails wit screenshot to receive no response or refund. I only keep it on , because, it’s tied two two verifications to important infrastructures. As soon as I migrate all info, I am definitely deleting this app.
