In bound calls and texts do not work. I’ve been paying the subscription for nothing. It’s a scam.
Bad reviews please fix calling
I purchased over 1500 credits and the app won’t let me make any calls anymore. I tried to report it and it’s saying my account can’t send emails. I don’t know what going on please fix this app.

I pay for this telephone service expecting it to be reliable, but when I needed it most, it was completely unavailable for over 24 hours. Even more disappointing, customer support’s suggestion was simply to switch providers if I wasn’t happy.
Reliability and availability are the basics of any telephone service. If you can’t provide that, and your response is to tell customers to leave, there’s a serious problem. I can’t recommend this service.
Go with other companies! Don’t waste your time and money!

Call failed error Code 420
Call failed: Error Code 420, doesnt work cannot make any calls. Just purchased 1 year number subscription and 600 credit but i cannot make a call. Without using my credit from 128 to 0 without doing anything.

Bad connection. Can’t hear. It only rings once for incoming and outgoing calls. Calls frequently drop. Videos don’t go through. Messages fail to send.
