Worst Financial App I’ve Used
This is one of the most disappointing financial apps I have ever used. The app is unreliable, transactions can be frustratingly slow, and the overall user experience is poor. What makes it even worse is the lack of effective customer support when problems arise. For a money transfer app, trust and reliability should be the top priorities, but this app fails to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend it to anyone until significant improvements are made.

Absolutely ridiculous app. I've been trying to make am account in this app. But it either says that there's already and account or that request is unavailable. This is my first time making an account, and I've followed all the steps correctly yet this app keeps denying me an account. I need this app to pay for my child's tuition. PLEASE I'M DESPERATE. I NEED THIS FOR MY CHILD!!

Always face problems in add money from cards, please try to solve the issue. I used different banks card to check the matter, but same thing happened.

Does not resolve the crash!!!!
I usually pay my kids tution fees through this app, but each time a payment gets completed the app get crashed!! The most annoying thing is this happens each and every time since last half year, but still this issue does not gets resolved!! Very poor service from the authority!!
Automatic logout
The apps is not working specifically In IOS.
After any transaction, it gets crashed automatically without showing the transaction completion. Not user friendly.

So many bugs
Tap app has so many bugs, when paying school fees-after successfully payment the successful sms doesn’t show!! Moreover in student account previously the charge Tk.10 per payment but they applied 1% of the fees ridiculously!! They are short of customer charging student for survival!! Unless paying school fees no convenient use of this app.

The app definitely needs an update ASAP for allowing NID cards to be detected and bugs needs to be removed for proper transactions
