Delayed transaction. especially when in need
I’m sharing my experience because I hope it helps others who may be considering using this app.
I urgently needed the money for an important payment, and I was expecting the transfer to arrive quickly. However, the app informed me that the funds would not arrive until Tuesday. I was surprised and disappointed because cashless transactions usually take only a few minutes to process and deposit.
My brother even drove for an hour to reach the destination, so the delay caused a lot of inconvenience for both of us. I also contacted customer support, but the responses I received felt very generic and didn’t really address my situation.
I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but when someone is relying on the money for an important payment, even a couple of days can make a big difference.
I hope the service can improve its transfer times and provide more helpful support in situations like this. If you’re planning to use this app, just keep in mind that transfers may sometimes take longer than expected. I don't recommend the app.
