Best Test manager around
I love this app. I’ve been using it for years. I just pray it never goes away. It’s the most functional and useful of all the apps that work with Microsoft.

Another task list that requires an account to function. No thanks. That should be a option, not a requirement.
Extremely Slow
If you have more than about 50 tasks ( including recurring tasks ) then this app is extremely slow, taking about a minute to update after completing a task.

Sadly, Ryan Greg LLC has left this wonderful app in the dust. It is, by far, the best task app out there. It has a few minor challenges that the developer should be able to solve in short order, but he has left it for dead. So I cannot recommend you pay for this anymore.
The biggest issue I face is that it randomly stops connecting to my personal Microsoft 365 account. It takes days/weeks to get it to properly authenticate and begin working again. It works fine with my work M365 accounts.
Perhaps Ryan is afraid of completing the privacy info for the app, perhaps he’s tired of it, he was abducted by aliens, or some other reason. But if he is listening, hey, would love it if you would update this great app… my most used!!

PRETTY BAD
YOU can’t order the tasks. The color is missing. Color task settings don’t translate into the black and white lists. There are too many items there from the ancient past in “tasks”. This is not fun to use and I’m sorry I got it. Yes, it syncs with outlook to do, but that’s its only virtue. Otherwise it’s a joyless and useless app.

App just stopped working. Please bring it back!
Today 06-24-23 the app just stopped working. I received a window telling me the “the specified object was not found”. I love this app. Please figure out the problem and correct it!

Best Task App for my workflow.
Works well, but tricky UI
Sync works fine, and the ability to work with all data in an exchange task is brilliant.
It’s surprisingly hard to find features like changing views, though (turns out to be hidden behind the share button)

Bad for Microsoft 365
Two years with no updates. Looks like this great app is in cash cow mode now.
This is the best app for managing tasks. All the other apps by MS are horrible. I’d you have a company Office 365 or Exchange account, you will probably be fine.
Why on earth this has so many issues with a person Office 365 / Microsoft 365 account, I do not know. I do know it is painful to use it with a personal subscription.
Every now and then it just stops working. Then you have to delete the app, redownload it, and try to reconnect/login. I say try because sometimes it won’t work for days (on multiple devices), then all of the sudden I can get logged back in on both of my devices and get back to work. In the meantime, it’s a mess trying to get things done.
I’m no expert, but I have other apps that use person M365, so I would assume the issue is with this app, sadly.
So my dream is the developer updates it and makes it work better with person M365… and any other new stuff that would help, as in the ability to add user defined fields (I have one I added to outlook to prioritize/rank tasks).
Even with the issues, this is still one of my favorite apps.

Used to be great, now unusable
Two factor authentication has broken this once great app, I now can’t even sign in to my account. Such a shame because it was brilliant.

Cannot sort tasks by Outlook category
This app would be 5 stars but I cannot sort tasks by Outlook categories which I heavily rely on which makes it useless for me :(
Phone display
I would like tasks ordered by categories as it is on the computer. But it does not seem to do this on the phone.
Excellent Task Management App
If you use Microsoft Outlook Tasks, this is the only app that replicates the functionality of all the features available. Including categories, due dates, attachments etc. I have been using this app for years now and it has worked perfectly. It’s so good… But I think Microsoft could learn a thing or two about how to implement their own features onto their To Do app…
