Fraud Company - should be removed from App Store
I have had a horrible experience with this app and the customer support you have put up. I placed an order on 24th Jan and due to their own retrictions the couldn’t deliver the food. It’s 9th march now, I have emailed twice connected with support multiple times. But I still haven’t received my refund. It has been 45 days now and they have not even responded to my email. I get the same response every time kindly wait we are looking into your matter. How long does it take to look into a small matter of refund if you are not able to provide the service your customer paid for. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend anyone who wishes to waste their time and money specially on a special occasion to order from your app

Worst Service
This feels like a scam. I placed an order because it showed next-day delivery, but after placing the order, I was informed that it could not be delivered due to a courier service issue. I have been following up for over a month for a refund, and I still have not received it my refund or food. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

An Incredible app for intercity food delivery
I recently found this app and it is an extremely wonderful app. I had craving for Hyderabadi Biriyani and this app helped me to eat it sitting at home in Amritsar. Never thought this would be possible. Thank you
It’s Cheating
I never had such horrible experience with similar food delivery system.
We had placed order for Biriyanis for celebration of birthday party. But at the very last moment they expressed their inability to deliver as their kitchen was under repair. They asked me to write their customer care centre for refund of the money I paid while booking the Order.
In spite of repeated requests they are yet to refund my money after lapse of 10 days. Every time I contacted them they said the request was under process but no definite date for refund.
I don’t think they are going to refund.
It appear to be a cheating organisation who can’t be trusted. So please avoid ordering food through them. Even if still prefer to book, pls pay after foods are delivered

Rotten food delivered
My order was placed for 6th September . I had ordered on 5 th . First they tell me that the restaurant is not available for delivery and forced to choose an alternative restaurant. I somehow agreed to it than second issue that the order will be delivered the day after. That too I had to keep on asking them . Thereafter they assure that the order will be picked up fresh which is not shown in tracking details thereafter they argue with u. Pathetic service. No honesty. Just day light fraudsters. Three points 1-They don’t delivery on the promised date and time2-Food items are at least 2-3 days old
3- They want us to check the food items at security gate down by opening in front of their delivery partner who refuses to deliver door step
And also their support system is pathetic and non reliable
