Fraud Company - should be removed from App Store
I have had a horrible experience with this app and the customer support you have put up. I placed an order on 24th Jan and due to their own retrictions the couldn’t deliver the food. It’s 9th march now, I have emailed twice connected with support multiple times. But I still haven’t received my refund. It has been 45 days now and they have not even responded to my email. I get the same response every time kindly wait we are looking into your matter. How long does it take to look into a small matter of refund if you are not able to provide the service your customer paid for. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend anyone who wishes to waste their time and money specially on a special occasion to order from your app

Worst Service
This feels like a scam. I placed an order because it showed next-day delivery, but after placing the order, I was informed that it could not be delivered due to a courier service issue. I have been following up for over a month for a refund, and I still have not received it my refund or food. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

An Incredible app for intercity food delivery
I recently found this app and it is an extremely wonderful app. I had craving for Hyderabadi Biriyani and this app helped me to eat it sitting at home in Amritsar. Never thought this would be possible. Thank you

We had placed order for Biriyanis for celebration of birthday party. But at the very last moment they expressed their inability to deliver as their kitchen was under repair. They asked me to write their customer care centre for refund of the money I paid while booking the Order.
In spite of repeated requests they are yet to refund my money after lapse of 10 days. Every time I contacted them they said the request was under process but no definite date for refund.
I don’t think they are going to refund.
It appear to be a cheating organisation who can’t be trusted. So please avoid ordering food through them. Even if still prefer to book, pls pay after foods are delivered

Rotten food delivered
My order was placed for 6th September . I had ordered on 5 th . First they tell me that the restaurant is not available for delivery and forced to choose an alternative restaurant. I somehow agreed to it than second issue that the order will be delivered the day after. That too I had to keep on asking them . Thereafter they assure that the order will be picked up fresh which is not shown in tracking details thereafter they argue with u. Pathetic service. No honesty. Just day light fraudsters. Three points 1-They don’t delivery on the promised date and time2-Food items are at least 2-3 days old
3- They want us to check the food items at security gate down by opening in front of their delivery partner who refuses to deliver door step

I ordered from Taste to Plate — food delivered from Jaipur and Hyderabad to Delhi. The kachori and biryani were both excellent in taste, delivered exactly on time as promised. Very affordable pricing and superb quality. A truly excellent app for intercity food delivery.

Flawless Execution of Service
It is my first use of their service and I am totally impressed. Kudos to the team at Tastes2Plates. The user journey is as simple as it can get and I didn’t face a glitch. I love the concept to begin with and they do full justice to it. My mouth is already watering for my next taste bud experience.

Fraudulent App – Do Not Order! 🚫
This app is a total scam. They cancel food orders without any explanation and never issue refunds. I’ve personally lost money, and when I checked the reviews, dozens of other customers are complaining about the same issue. Many are begging for refunds and getting no response.
Despite the app showing as 17 years old on the App Store, their operations only began about 6 years ago — clear misleading information. Apple should seriously investigate this. This is not just bad service — this is deliberate fraud. The app must be taken down before more people are cheated.

Absolutely avoid using the app
The order gets rescheduled 4 times and ultimately not delivered. You are not updated with any status change by them. You will come to know about the order status only when you ask.

They are highly unreliable l, was super excited to order food from different parts of the country. My first order itself was a mess. They first called to say it will be delivered a couple of days late due to operational reasons. Then they called and said they can’t deliver from the restaurant I wanted from and tried to convince me to change the order to some unheard of restaurant which was half the price and not even on their app

Wish fulfilled
Order delivered directly from Dada Boudi biryani and KC Das Kolkata to Mumbai in tear proof multi layered packaging and delivered almost on time at around 10:00 pm; not too late for us. Food delivered is authentic and fresh. It is like long wish fulfilled, both Biryani and rosogulla was super soft. Such a good service, will order again

I had ordered food from Amritsar.

Amritsary Kulcha with chole from Pehelwan Kulcha house, and Shahi Paneer from Kesar da dhaba. but surprisingly both the items chole and paneer had exactly the same gravy. How is it possible that two different restaurants are serving food with exactly same gravy.
So this proves that they are lying and they don’t pick up food from the restaurant they say they are going to pick up from. It’s all a scam and this app is not trust worthy. I will never order from this app again.

Absolute worse. Never order
I ordered two items on the 15th and after 3 days I am still being told the order will be delivered and it has still not been delivered. Their support team doesn’t respond on WhatsApp or Mail. They keep changing the status of the order everyday and tell me it will be delivered but it never comes and their support number is also non-functional. Do not order from this app otherwise you will lose money and will have to endlessly chase after the customer service to no avail

Happy with the delivery as it happened before the committed time and was notified each time the status of delivery changed. I find the delivery tracking being offered by T2P more efficient and accurate than Swiggy and Zomato

Not Genuine
Had placed an order and paid extra for express delivery. When I did not receive the food, I called them, no one picked phone. On contacting over WhatsApp, the representative called from an unknown number and told that flight has been rescheduled. I asked for refund to which he agreed. But then I received message that order is delivered, after calling again my order was put on hold and I wasn’t able to cancel it. Till date the refund has not happened and order is still on hold which I cannot cancel anymore. The answer from WhatsApp rep is “Sir, as of now there is no update.”

This was really needed. Hope you can add more restaurants going forward. Try getting this place called ‘Spice Court’ from Jaipur as their Lal Maas & Junglee Mass are the best I’ve tasted.
