The taxi driver from the station directed us to a QR code - the app is easy to use and our return journey arrived and delivered us exactly as specified

Tried the app a number of times over a span of 4 days. I think as never able to book a cab. It always said that there were no cabs available…what’s the point? Very frustrating
4 am pickup
After initially not being able to reserve a taxi for a 4 am pickup after trying multiple times, I was able to request a cab at the time needed. Our driver picked us up within minutes and got us to the airport quickly. No problems.

Obviously taxis in Florence feel they are better value….I agree totally. They arrive on time and are half the price of Uber. This app complements the taxi service in Florence. 👏🏻

Can’t reserve a taxi
Unless you have an Italian phone number, this app seems to force you to download an inferior English-language version (true to the universal Italian belief that there are only two languages in the world, English and Italian, and that no foreigner can ever understand Italian). This version doesn’t let you prenotare or reserve ahead of time, so no use for early flights, etc. It may work just fine for calling cabs right away, but didn’t help me.
