I be use this app regularly & am rarely disappointed having a booking confirmation first try .. but don’t give up > keep repeating the process & I usually have success 3rd try !

Mostly knowledgeable -& courteous- drivers.. & not infrequently really good service.
I do especially like the assistance freely given with luggage handling.. tops marks for world best practice, Florence!
