We booked a taxi to Heathrow airport. We got an email
Confirmation. The driver allocated rang the night before to confirm. On arrival he called and helped us with our luggage. Peter was such a polite and great driver. Payment was easy as the cab had a built in credit card machine. Brilliant service.

Booked days in advance. Cancelled on the day. No explanation, no apologies. Left us high and dry. Disgusting.

We are returning to Heathrow this evening and, knowing it was due to be a rail and tube strike weeks ago, booked an airport collection with this company - who I have used once before without issue.
We booked our initial home-to-airport journey at the same time, so this booking has been live in their system for weeks, and showing as confirmed crucially.
I reached out to check all was ok and received a quick reply saying no one had accepted the job so they would be cancelling it. They stopped short of wishing us good luck with our ongoing search to find another ride after 11pm with 3 kids and 8 bags on a day of rail and tube strikes.
I suspect their pricing at the time of booking was not as competitive as drivers now realise they can charge on a day when they have a captive audience, but rather than try to manage the booking with a renewed fee, we have simply been left stranded.
Good luck if you try to use this company for your airport collections - especially in a climate of strike action. We won’t be taking a punt here again.

Didn’t turn up
Booked it a week in advance. waited 20mins. no answer from phone number. no updates. had to use uber. very stressful start to our holiday.
