AI sonic mode does not work
Blocked from using AI sonic mode because I get a popup that bluetooth is not ON, even though it is ON and I am connected to the device. Device Soundbar S5XH

You removed my tv that I had there since I bought it. Now the app it pointless…..

Used to work and now it don’t even load. Updated and all
App doesn’t work
App won’t load on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling several times with the same result. When I open the app it doesn’t show anything but partial icons that are faded out and nonselectable or nonexistent. Hard to explain but with that said, it just won’t load so I can’t even connect it to the phone to set up an account.

Wild app
This app is a half baked joke. Sentences make zero sense because they’re poorly translated. There’s nothing wrong with writing an app and translating it for other countries, but this is ridiculous. If I turned this app in as an assignment in college, I would get a D at best.
Doesn’t work on my I-Pad
Just looks for blue tooth devices then does not stop looking. Seems stuck in a loop.

I was logged out by the app. I was supposed to receive an email with a code to verify its me. Tried 2 times no mail with code. Code ? Why , that is not a bank. Just waste of time.
auto refresh in back ground and stop auto changing options ac
make it so if i keep the app opened in background it auto refreshes so when i open it i dont have to wait for it to refresh each time and stop auto changing options i have tcl voxin ac and it keeps automatically changing option for me i want the same options to stay even if i turn off the ac and back on just leave the options as they were i even turned off the smart learning option but i still have this bug just keep the option how i set them now i have to set them again each time its very annoying fix this asap

Could not connect to app
If I would’ve known the AC doesn’t connect with the app on my phone, I would of never have bought this unit or brand. What a waste of money, and time

Doesn’t connect
Doesn’t connect, already followed all instructions many times the unit won’t connect to app or can’t be found. Pretty much useless app
All sound modes are bugged
With my new s65k every mode but standard mixes the two surrounds to make the same sounds. Also standard is so much quieter than anything else. Makes me think it’s broken.
Garbage
This app is worthless.
Why so difficult
The functionality of adding slideshow pictures in 2026 has to be easier than what this app is attempting. Only a handful at a time, after clicking add, scanning a QR code, fixing picture sizes on 50% of the ones you pick or they show up upside down, and praying it doesn’t boot you out or error on you. If I made this app I would need years of reflection staring mindlessly out a window wondering where it went wrong.
