App not working
The air conditioner is great. It cools better than any other brand I have purchased. However the main reason I purchased this brand was for the Wi-Fi capability. I needed to be able to control the device while I am away. The app has worked great for the past year or so but suddenly stopped working. I have given it a week because I assumed that the company would release an update that fixed the issue but as of now, I am still unable to connect to my device. Please fix this issue!!!!! This is keeping me from recommending this brand to others and will make me not purchase another one.

Not helpful for washing machine
When cycle is finished the only option on the app is to turn off the appliance. Then the app no longer works because the appliance is turned off. So you can’t start another hour of drying remotely for example. Or put the washing in and start it from work so it’s ready when you get home. So it’s not really useful unless you’re standing next to the machine

Não consigo aceitar os termos
Aplicativo era muito bom, com a nova atualização eu não consigo usar ele mais. Aparece uma solicitação para aceitar os termos, depois do aceite aparece novamente, mas o botão não é clicavel. Não consigo utilizar o app por conta disso

App is very simple and elegant. Get the job done perfectly. Keep it like this, don’t add any further redundant features/ UI
