Pointless

Signing up is next to impossible if you don’t have an FA number. As a parent this is something that none of them have. Had to go down a different route and when I finally made it to the app you can’t add any team members so you have to hope you can access the account on the website - which takes patience to the highest degree because it likes to say the email address or password is incorrect. If I wasn’t forced to use the app I certainly wouldn’t have wasted my time

Had a nightmare with this app - the payment side is terrible. Constantly doesn’t show any information - not user friendly at all.

Sketchy auto payments

The app looks pretty user friendly but automated payments doesn’t mean take what you like when you like. Give people advanced notice to say yes or no. My card details now removed. Trust is important for an app that relies on collecting payments.

We've been unable to find a user called "Cuckoo hawk" in our database, but the system is one that takes payments from you on behalf of the club that you have registered with. Advance notices are sent both 14 days and 2 days before any payment is taken, both in app and via email. The payment schedule is whatever you have agreed with your club for payments for your membership. You have the option to leave the club that you're paying for membership of at any time, this can be done through the application. Our app does not rely on collecting payments, it provides a means for the sports clubs that you have a membership of, to collect payment from you for the membership.

Good for my child's club

Good to see my child's football schedule and manage payments.

Poor quality

App is very glitchy works for some and not others. Poor interface, limited options and info available to see. Not a patch on spond sadly our team has been convinced to use this app

Don’t bother

Can never access app either says password not right or says enter email when your email is already entered. In order to access site I have to change password every time I login. Worst app I have ever used
