Care section no longer works
Since recent updates can no longer use care section its blank & freezes all comms having to use email. Cleared cache uninstall and reinstalled several times happening on both my new iPad & iPhone 15. Incredibly frustrating reported several times.
Please note although the issue is partially fixed so I can access care section it now states I have 60 messages but I don’t and removing and reinstalling clearing cache does not fix!

Really helpful tools to keep you on track plus if use the app it tracks your progress the AI also keeps you focused on your health as in how you feel then guides you with healthy eating ideas or gentle exercises meditation ect really found it helpful definitely recommend

Very good
I used the app and medication for about 6 months. I found the treatment, the app and the personal support excellent. I lost weight on the lowest dose I.e I didn’t increase from the initial 2.5ml per week. However, my costs rocketed from just under £100 per month to £250 per month. My weight, as predicted by my doctor is piling back on. Over the last 8 weeks I have gained 10lb.
Conclusion great if like me you need to shift weight for a surgary, but it is expensive and only works in the short term. Not a long term solution to excess weight unless you are willing to stay on the medication for life.

Disappointing
I cannot quite believe what they have done with their pricing model. I’ve been a customer for a year now and after the annual check-in they reset my subscription and have removed all discount subscription options. They’re treating existing customers like new ones but without the perks for new ones. And of course there’s nothing anyone can do. I was going to recommend them, now I’m looking for a new provider myself. Cost went up without any notice after the “reset”.
