Mobile app doesn’t work
I love Teamwork on the website format, but this mobile app just doesn’t work. It freezes all the time, the timer doesn’t work properly, comments don’t appear, you can’t access closed tasks, it’s a mess!!
One Giant Error
This app was never good, but in recent weeks it literally has zero functionality. I tried updating my iOS, I deleted the app and reinstalled and the Home Screen continues to read “Sorry an error occurred. Please try again later”
I’ve been a customer for years and my business used to rely on this project management software. There has been zero communication about what’s happening, their timeline for fixing the app or how they plan to compensate customers for their massive failures.

I don’t understand why there hasn’t been more focus on the mobile app. It has been over three years, and the app still looks the same as it did back then, with no added features or improvements. The loading speed is particularly slow. Please make the app a priority. 🙏🏼

How do I edit existing contacts in the app? Oh wait, you can’t. How can I add people/contacts in the app? Oh wait, you can’t. This app would be great with a few more features from the desktop version. We finally found management software that would work for us, but the mobile version just won’t cut it. We’ve given feedback. No response. We’ve complained. No response. So, we will not upgrade from the free version until they fix this. And yes, we did try the paid version, but there’s no change in features in the app. So, good luck if you go with this app.
