Rarely does anything get resolved.

I report things and I feel like the responder just passes the buck. Nothing ever gets fixed. So yes, nice to Tell Ho. co. But good luck having it go anywhere.

Great concept...but

I have to say that as a platform this app is very cool and it does what it says it will; report issues in and around the area. This lets a municipality know what's going on and further provides a catalog of what has been fixed and what needs to be taken care of.
The App falters when it comes to profile management. Ex. I have several issues that have been reported and closed but the app doesn't recognize that. This functionality is only consistent on the website, so why not just have a web app? The user interface is pretty rough as well.
Overall the app does what it says that it's going to do so I suppose that I'm really just picking hairs.

Nice!

Nice app for reporting issues in Howard county. The county seems to respond quickly to the problems reported. There are a few bugs but I am sure they will be fixed.
