Setup experience terrible

It’s nothing short of a joke. Offered with phone plan yet no setup and no one even explaining what it is or how to initiate. Found the app, had verification pin and email verified yet account number- which Telus verified was correct would not work. Was told to delete app and clear cache and redownload. Still nothing. Giant waste of time.
