Poor delivery time and no proper management of orders
placed the order around 5pm and they supposed to deliver before 8pm, the order was showing no progress in app , I chat with customer care around 7pm , they contacted store and said it is now under processing and will be delivered soon within the promised delivery time, then I saw meat expert was assigned in the app. Now it is already 8:10pm, no further progress , I called them and they said it will be delivered in another 15-20mins. Everyone at home are already hungry, Well can’t rely on these guys , it is better to step out and buy from the nearest shop

This is ridiculous i don’t understand, i consider this as a fraud , seriously it’s been more than 48 hours now and this order is still missing . Why di i have to wait so long for just a chicken kind of stuff . I regret not ordering from l licious far more genuine. Your App is fraud and you all are fooling your customers, how horrible this is i don’t understand that you pay for something in advance and same never gets delivered at all . No call no help from support team . You try ti connect with support team but never gets connected to anyone you keep on waiting for ages . I am gonna complain against this ,will take stict actions .

Fresh on time
I found that goat leg and fishes are very fresh and also they have the slot timings which is very good and they deliver it on time and also it is fresh when we need it is available so thank you and I appreciate

I am writing this review after trying out multiple other apps and I simply love tendercuts, a great service with good pricing, no glitches in the app interface, everything is available and is cleaned and packed well, just waiting for them to expand to more cities

First time I ordered ready to cook product Pepper chicken and wings pepper. Chicken is juicy and tender wings is too good. Both the product I can give rate 10 out of 10 and the product delivery also giving promise time. Thank you tender cuts 👍🏼👍🏼👌👌
Lost its charm and customer service
I am utterly disappointed with the tender cut app's abysmal customer service. Despite multiple attempts through email and phone, they have blatantly ignored my concerns and failed to respond. Their app, which seems to be riddled with bugs, reflects their lack of commitment to user experience. The continuous absence of improvements and updates only amplifies their disregard for their customers' needs. This is an outright disgrace and a testament to their ineptitude in running a functional and customer-oriented business. Steer clear of this app if you value your time and sanity. You have lost a loyal customer.

Out of stock
In recent months, I noticed that the app say out of stock for most of the products. I have elite membership but cannot place order. When I called customer care they said that they are trying to procure stock. But other vendors don’t have this issue. How?

Always delaying to delivery in the mentioned slots some times not every deleivered after 2hours of the mentioned slot time. Vera worst service

Really Disappointed with this Tender Cut’s
When ever I order will receive only frozen and sticky meat it means it’s not fresh. I complained them the same thing so, replaced my order this time they promised me that I will get fresh meat but again I received sticky like before and the smell is not fresh literally they wasted my 5 hours time. I don’t recommend this app. Stay Safe and Stay Healthy.

More flexibility for mutton cuts
Tender Cut should provide a choice of mutton cuts from different parts of lamb.
For example, if I want a curry cut blend of pieces from Seena, Raan and Nalli, I can not order like this. My request to them to provide such a flexible of choice of different parts of lamb to the Customer in their App.

Hassle free app and fresh non veg
I have tried all the current apps for non veg purchases online. And TenderCuts have a easy interface and robust payment gateway.
The non veg orders have never let me down for the last 3 years.
And their stores on OMR are also convenient if am out.

Not able to order anything in app
There is a bug after selecting address, app is not proceeding to the next step to order any items. It shows error message “ Something went wrong” with a photo of a bug. Not able to order anything in the app since last week. Fix it soon or I have to switch to other apps.
Hopeless & Unreliable service
When a food item Raw material is ordered for lunch we’ll expect these people to deliver on time. When we ordered the raw materials 1 day before and booked/given a slot of 6:00 am - 10:00 am , when the items not received on time we contacted Customer care about the delivery. CC people misleaded that they deliver with in 60-90 minutes, after 3 hours they said they’ll deliver in 30-40 minutes. At 13:50 when I called CC they simply canceled the order.
That’s why TenderCuts is Hopeless and Unreliable service, don’t depend on this type of useless company.

We take the pre-bookings from the customers a day before also but the stocks will be received to the outlet on daily basis hence that day it was delayed. Worst service
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Ordered for 9-11 am slot and they delivered at 1 pm. And this is not first time, every time I have to follow up with support to get a delivery partner assigned for my order. If you order and just relax assuming it will be delivered, you may never get it. And support team is super slow to respond, they don’t really care. There is no helpline number I can call.

The item you always need is mostly out of stock and when you click on notify it says you will be notified within 7 days. I mean you want me to wait for 7 days for the item that I want to eat today. I also don’t find the quality of meat to be fresh. I started buying from local fish and meat shop and is satisfactory.

Coming from delhi and getting a chance to visit at tender is a different level meat shopping experience, your staff are very helpful and visited suncity place and got a wow experience .

Pathetic update. Poor choice of UI graphics. Login with password is no more possible. Scroll to the end of the page and you are stuck there. Force close is the only solution. Font size is big. Version history does not have details about each change. Preview snaps are not updated. I can easily make a long list of issues. It looks like the update was done in a hurry to meet deadline. Long way to go for a stable version. Shows the capability of the developer.

I have had their Chicken Sausage, so fresh and rich that it will make your everyday supermarket packaged Sausage taste like cardboard. And I have had a few of their ready-to-cook items too!
