Brack Review
Disappointed, we asked for NO SAUCE for our little girl and take it out of the bag and its covered in sauce!!!!! Tried to call them immediately and no one answered, of course!!! ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½ππ½π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
Hooray!! They are open
We are so happy to see you open today. We picked up food to bring home. They are busy but they are rocking it!!!
Gluten Free
I have Celiac disease which means I have to eat gluten free and be careful about cross contamination. I don't eat a lot because of this. I was very happy to hear and the gluten free options. I talked with a staff member who went over the whole process they do to avoid cross contamination. I was able to enjoy delicious food and not worry about getting sick.

Best Teriyaki Ever
We think Teriyaki Madness in Folsom is the best weβve ever had. Weβre in our 70βs and have had lots through the years. Weβd recommend it to everyone.
About Time!
Hollister was in great need of a restaurant like this one. Great food and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place π
Chicken was not cooked
I ordered the regular bowl. I ordered the breast chicken. It was not fully cooked. It did not even taste like chicken taste like fake chicken, which I donβt even know what fake chicken would taste like, but it did not have that good juicy chicken taste. it certainly was not worth the extra dollar 25. Iβm saddened by this because I I enjoyed eating at Teriyaki Madness but I guess on this day will be my last day eating there. I will be heading to Waba Baba. Thanks for the good times Teriyaki Madness.

Best customer service
Everyone that works at 7481 W. Lake Mead is very nice. Very helpful and patient with orders. I would recommend this location if youβre nearby.
My families favorite food!
On our first time here Aaron Weissman explained how everything is MSG free with gluten free options available. Our family allergic reactions to MSG & has a gluten intolerance so, this is a BIG deal!
I personally, am addicted to the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. Amazing!

Bowls are Best
I got the Miso Chili Chicken Yaki Bowl. It was a nice balance of sweet and spicy. Itβs not at all spicy to me. It was delicious, the chicken was juicy, the veggies were stir fried to perfection, and the noodles topped it off nicely. Iβd say try this at least once you will not regret it.
