App & Website issues with results
App & Website issues. You can log in and see everything except the dashboard or your results. I’ve tried opening it in the app on the website and on the computer and it just circles and circles saying loading or the pages are blank. I got it open once or twice in the past but not recently. Once you click away it never comes back. I Hope someone can fix this issue soon because I have done multiple tests and would like to compare my results and see the newest test completed. I’ve have been trying to open it for over a week and it’s the same issue. Very disappointed right now.

Worst most useless app ever…
All they care about in this app is trying to sell you more stuff. They make it impossible to sign in and impossible to view your past results or find out when your new results are ready.
Can’t find your results on this app
I have done two tests but can’t find a place under the menus to access my results
Dont like app
The app does not give u your results of ur test. You get that on the website. I do like the website. Just cant see your results if ur tests on the app.
Useless application
Just received my results and had to scan and rescan my QR code every time I wanted to see my results. Also had to rescan while still in my results. The app is really only for ordering products and not to assist the user in any way to review results. They need a new IT officer.
Not able to log in and customer service number doesn’t work
I get unidentified customer when I try to log in or do forgot password I even had a chat customer service rep reset it and still says same thing I would really like to see my results but at this point still can’t

I do have an account and it says it doesn’t exist . Only works online
Bad customer service
I tried to log in and it doesn’t recognize my email. I subscribed and now I can’t see any of my results, there is no email contact, there is a home number and it’s always busy. I Refered a lot of people, originally it had great information.
Exremely Poor service. Logistic is messed up
I have a gut issue and after watching couple of YT videos i ordered my kit from ombre. First one never came and after multiple conversation never received a new one. I still went and ordered my second pack, it came without the liquid for sample collection. This time they aggreed to send me the new one but even the new kit was faulty. Anyways i went ahead and literally sent my solid sample inside tube(yeah because received no liquid inside it) and then never was able to register my kit to even see what happened next.

Poor app
I can’t get my results on the app. I only see orders and products. The app is pointless if I can’t see my results.
Account missing error
When I try to sign in, it pops up with an error saying my email doesn’t exist. Can log in find on my computer.
Easy to use
Great shopping app with lots of information about the products. Very helpful!
