App & Website issues with results

App & Website issues. You can log in and see everything except the dashboard or your results. I’ve tried opening it in the app on the website and on the computer and it just circles and circles saying loading or the pages are blank. I got it open once or twice in the past but not recently. Once you click away it never comes back. I Hope someone can fix this issue soon because I have done multiple tests and would like to compare my results and see the newest test completed. I’ve have been trying to open it for over a week and it’s the same issue. Very disappointed right now.

Worst most useless app ever…

All they care about in this app is trying to sell you more stuff. They make it impossible to sign in and impossible to view your past results or find out when your new results are ready.

I have done two tests but can’t find a place under the menus to access my results

Dont like app

The app does not give u your results of ur test. You get that on the website. I do like the website. Just cant see your results if ur tests on the app.

Useless application

Just received my results and had to scan and rescan my QR code every time I wanted to see my results. Also had to rescan while still in my results. The app is really only for ordering products and not to assist the user in any way to review results. They need a new IT officer.
