Can't access billing from this Texas Health app.
I was wanting to view my bill. I wasRouted to a doctor at Texas Health. He says this app is only to reach doctors and not to access billing. I would like to see my bill and even possibly pay it. But this app is not user-friendly.
Unable to rest password
When using reset password link, after entering the password and confirm password, would receive a message “Agree to terms is not included in the list”. There was anything in the reset password page for agreeing to terms for me to select or check. Have tried at least 4 times, don’t see how to get around the error

Locks up, can’t use. Uninstalled.
Locks up on initial screen after sign in asking to set up an access code. No keyboard, screen frozen. Ipad IOS 15.1.2.
