Enjoyed using
TGIF and its app has been easy to use and has decent food. Unfortunately the one by us closed and there's only about 4 or so locations left and theyre on the outskirts of the state. Probably wont be able to visit for a while.

Too much info
Unlike other restaurant apps they won’t let you order food without making an account. They also require your birthday even though there is no reason they need that information other than to sell your data to third parties.

Updated the app without a crucial feature
You all just updated this app, but we still can’t select the same side when we’re required to choose two.
Example: I love the whiskey glazed chicken meal which comes with two sides. When I eat in the restaurant, I order double mashed potatoes. When I try to order through the app that option isn’t available.
Can you please either add an option that says ‘same side twice’ or two boxes with a list of all sides so you select your first side, then below that you select your second side.
Pleeeease. This barrier is the reason I don’t order delivery/pick up from this restaurant anymore.

Owing Mills Shout out !!!!
Had the best time at Fridays tonight. Miguel our server provided excellent service. Owings Mills location is showing off lol. I have had great service my past several visits. Keep up the good work.
Not consistent
The app wants you to check in with the server when they come to take the order and they don’t have anything to scan the barcode. ItIt took three times scanning the receipt to get the app to recognize the correct barcode. Only print or barcode on the receipt or go back to having the server enter our numbers.

True feedback
I honestly don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the app to be do inconsistent with rewards/scanning receipts/applying using previous earned rewards. Apparently during my visit the system was down couldn’t even add an offer or earn my points … just frustrating overall.
Love Fridays - Hate the App
I love Fridays for their Whiskey-Glaze anything but the app is quite possibly the less friendly user interface I’ve ever encountered in an app. Almost every other screen asks you to login in the your account again and it often just crashes in general.

Buggy
The orders go through ok, but it constantly takes you back to the login page if you hit the back button. Also, not sure it ever actually logs you in.

Good restaurant, terrible app
The app is always crashing, signing you out, and or buffering. It’s a poorly integrated version of the website and makes the app incredibly frustrating to operate. You’re better off just ordering from the website. I don’t believe rewards are exclusive to the app and the reward system isn’t that great anyways.

Can’t get past login screen
Both options to sign in and create an account just throw you to their homepage in a browser within the app. No option to sign in on the mobile website either.
The TGI Fridays app is not working
I like the app but it’s not working on my iPad 8th generation tablet
Friday’s No More
They changed the app and it’s still broken. They no longer have my Fridays in NV. Only showing east coast locations. I haven’t been there since the app changed and I have been going to their competitors.
