No check in function
Downloaded to check in using an app instead of navigating their website. The function is not available.
The check in button in app directs you to a webpage, which then tells you to check in via a different website/app (BookNow).

You can only book flights. If you choose any of the other three options they don’t do anything or take you to the website. The 3 bars have the same options on the Home Screen, a contact list and a “Rate 5 stars”. At least I got a quick link to rate this app 1 star. You’re an airline that has people’s lives in your hands every single day. Do better.

Clunky and hard to find info
Very clunky to use, and really hard to get useful info on fare details esp baggage limits. Weird given the company is clearly driving traffic to the app by geoblocking access to the website from within Thailand. Bizarre experience
App broken
This app doesn’t work at all. Impossible to search for flights. Junk.
Useless app
There’s no way to add existing bookings and the check in button launches the browser, so the app appears to do nothing useful whatsoever.
Nothing works.
App loads and looks very promising. Nothing else happens besides the forever loading icon. Useless in the end. So sad.

We’re already in a 25 minute delay- & the captain will not disclose the issue
We paid an excessive price to fly this airline, and our flight is now in a 30 minute delay, and not even flight crew or captain will not disclose the reasoning behind the delay. This is the last time I will be flying Thai Liar Air

No way to log into account or manage bookings. Search is also broken.

Terrible app. There is nowhere for me to log in and manage my logging so it forces me to go to the web site. I don’t know why there is an app if you cannot log in and manage your tickets and check in.
Website improvements required
The website is very glitchy and the back / home button appears to have stopped working. Request for :

App does not work at all
Unable to book flights or add your booking. This app is a waist of time it does not work at all. Unable to do anything !!
Worthless app
Does not allow sign in and does not recognize existing booking. Check flight status button doesn’t work and the check in option simply transfers you to the website which you could do without the app.
Why so little time to complete a booking???
Guys - sort it out. When the time expires, simply ask ‘would you like to continue’…..don’t end the whole booking. Just utterly dumb

It has a 9 minute countdown to complete your booking, foreign cards not accepted. If your booking times out but you cant make another for 24-48 hours as it will say duplicate booking. Tried to call customer services and was on hold for an hour with no answer.
No longer an option to pay at 7-11.
