Unprofessional

Very disappointed with The Bear House app. The customer support is extremely poor and unhelpful. It takes a long time to get responses, and issues are not resolved properly. When customers need assistance, support should be responsive and provide clear solutions, but my experience was the opposite.

The products may be good, but the overall shopping experience is affected by the lack of reliable customer service. I hope they improve their support team and customer handling process in the future. Not recommended based on my experience.

Cheap quality fabric

I’m honestly very disappointed with this purchase. The fabric quality is extremely poor, especially considering the high price. It feels cheap, thin, and not durable at all. The stitching and finishing also don’t justify the amount being charged.

What’s even more frustrating is the return policy. It feels misleading and complicated. Important details are not clearly mentioned upfront, and when you actually try to return the product, you realize there are restrictions that weren’t obvious at the time of purchase.

At this price point, customers expect better quality and transparent policies. Unfortunately, this product fails on both fronts. I would not recommend it.

For purchase use app and for return use website 🧐

The overall experience with your app has been extremely disappointing. The product is actively promoted and sold through your app, yet the order status, return initiation, and refund tracking are either not updated on time or not reflected clearly at all.
If you are using the same platform to sell your products, it is reasonable to expect that:
• The order, return, and refund status are consistently updated on the app/website.
• Customers can place written requests and track them directly through the same app not redirecting the website and making process complex so that customer may not able to return.

Never order multiple items online

When you order multiple item they send the items separately and if one is marked delivered they update in their backend the entire order is delivered. Very difficult to connect with them and after 30 days they are yet to refund me however 10 days back they agreed to refund for non delivered items. Discount also while ordering they eat up during refund.

Do not Shop from the app

They don’t clearly show the return and exchange policy in the app, especially during discounts. They simply say the items are on sale, but you have to separately open and read the return/exchange policy to know the real terms. Unlike most other apps that offer at least a 7-day return on almost everything, they do not allow returns on products bought during special sales like Black Friday. This is quite misleading because most people don’t expect return rules to change, and they don’t highlight it properly.

Payment went through but the order dint on the app

I had ordered Size S in shirts and the order never went through I tried replacing the order immediately but the shirt in size S was out of stock, if the order does not go through the payment as well should not be deducted, after an hour I did get back the refund but end of the day I couldn’t get what I really liked

Never seen such a fast and speedy service.

Great service

The product line is great and so is their customer service, I ordered a shirt from them and could not get it in time due to Diwali. The product was stuck at the delivery partner’s warehouse and then I contacted the Custer service and I was assisted by the sweet rep named Shalini, she was able to provide the accurate information and was able to provide the right assistance. She even called me back to follow up on the issue. That’s the kind of service which is given by brands who truly value their customers.

Useless

There is no option to return an item, only exchange is allowed. They forced me to install this app saying the return option is available only in app, but even after installing, there is no return option. In the terms and conditions, it is mentioned that ₹100 will be charged for returns, but the return option itself doesn’t exist. Worst app ever, completely useless and not at all user-friendly.

Good brand, now way expensive with not much differentiation

Used to be a brilliant brand with good quality at reasonable price. Now, they have increased most prices to 2X of what it used to be earlier - probably due to Shark Tank fame. The affordability part has gone down and it has come in the range of big brands like LP, Allen Solly, Van Heusen etc which doesn’t make lot of sense.

Link not working

Hey whenever I try to open the link from instagram ad into the app , it’s not working . Showing the error page doesn’t exist pls fix it .

Good products & great customer service

The products are of decent quality, but what impressed me was the customer service. They’re very prompt in assisting with queries/issues. Shalini, in particular was extremely helpful with assisting with the return process and helped make the returns very seamless.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with this app. The return process is absolutely exhausting — too many steps, poor customer support, and unnecessary delays. On top of that, they charge an extra amount just to return an item, which makes no sense and feels unfair. Definitely not a user-friendly experience. Would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting service

The prices on this app are always significantly higher compared to ajio or myntra at all times for the same products
There is a return fee for every order, which again is free of cost at any other online service
The products themselves are very overpriced and not even close to the quality for the price
And all of these are minor issues compared to their customer service
I had received a wrong product and they had me pay return fee for a mistake on their end and it has been more than 5 days and no sign of response from their end
The wait times on their emails and calls are forever and the team is always rude and antagonising
Absolutely worst service and i would never recommend any body buying their products or even worse- using this app to buy their cheap overpriced products
And i had almost forgot to mention
They immediately let you post a 4 star rated review but one star reviews are flagged or deleted immediately

Bunch Of Scammers!!

Guys!! Don’t buy any product from their website. You cannot return/exchange their products easily once buy them. They will put you in difficult situations. They don’t pick calls. They don’t respond to emails. It’s very difficult to deal with them. Don’t waste your money guys. I wasted my 3000 on this fraud application. They are simply scamming people.

Worst application no option to return

While ordering you will se there is an option to return and exchange but after receiving the item you only get option to exchange. Unnecessarily you will have to keep the pieces that aren’t looking good on you. Customer support is of no use they will tell it was the offer or scheme that you applied that return is not possible. They don’t even give you store credit either. Worst app don’t fall for it.

Very bad customer service don’t buy

I purchased 3 shirts and among that one is very small compared to other two even all the three are same size. so i raised a return and exchange for the next size but there is no response from company side for the pick up ,and the size chart provided are not accurate please don’t depend on them.
I will not suggest the brand any more

This company is Fraud. Don’t buy anything from the site.

I ordered a shirt from the bear house . My payment was prepaid , company told me that your area is out of area . They cancelled my product and told me to gave me my refund but they not give me my refund after that I call them they told me your refund was updated. This is fraud company I will file a complaint in consumer helpline for this fraud. Please don’t buy any product from the bear house.

I ordered three shirts overall. Two kept and one returned. It’s up to the my expectations. U just need to purchase as per your need and comfortability. Shirts are comfortable and cloth is also breathable and I think it’s long lasting if we use it.

worst customer care service and lost of my money

I’ve ordered a shirt from the app and delivered after a long period of almost 20days and it was too small and i’ve decided to exchange but they don’t have exchange policy and asked to return and buy again so i’ve filed return and again after long 15days they collected the product and regarding money there is no updates even in app they’re showing as closed but where did my money go??? they are not answering single call!!!!!
