No more stamps for buying coffee!
What’s happened to the cards that we used to get a stamp for coffees? I purchased three coffees last week in Coffee Club Blue Waters and nothing was added to my card. Then yesterday I purchased two coffees in Marina mall and again no stamps! What’s the issue? It used to work fine.

First experience today and the staff were great and the coffee is lovely. I had a latte and it’s was to my liking. I like it nit too strong, creamy with foam. All good. Points rewards make more tempting to revisit, I’m sure I will as I’m new in Dubai and this is in my doorstep. The food looks great too; ive yet to sample. Thank youuuu 😛

Fantastic coffee.. but the app?!
Lovely coffee and great deals.. but the tortuous process for getting your sixth coffee free after buying five.. painful. The staff do nothing until the app gives them a code.. which if they don’t write down is lost forever. If you come in without a phone it really costs you. If you buy half a dozen coffees you sit like a lemon for 5 minutes waiting for the system to send its code through. They have excellent promotions which do encourage you to try good stuff on the menu.. but again the app governs everything. Suggestion is to empower the staff and give them a bit more freedom to use their common sense, or allow people to use a old fashioned paper loyalty card.
