Very bad service for cancellation of subscription
I requested for the cancellation of my subscription five days ago, but I have not received response from the customer support team. I also sent email regarding the cancellation request, yet not received any response.
The customer support service has been extremely disappointing. While subscription received four to five calls everyday from the customer support team. However, when I requested cancellation, no one responded to my emails or answered my calls.

Good customer service, hassle-free selection of toys and seamless delivery. Of late, they have increased the options available and we are now spoilt for choice. Absolutely recommend.
