Very bad service for cancellation of subscription
I requested for the cancellation of my subscription five days ago, but I have not received response from the customer support team. I also sent email regarding the cancellation request, yet not received any response.
The customer support service has been extremely disappointing. While subscription received four to five calls everyday from the customer support team. However, when I requested cancellation, no one responded to my emails or answered my calls.

Best Toy Rental option in India
The concept is beautiful. Keep your toddlers entertained and keep your home clutterfree. Sustainable and qualitative toy rental option. Good customer service, hassle-free selection of toys and seamless delivery. Of late, they have increased the options available and we are now spoilt for choice. Absolutely recommend. My baby has reached her milestones faster thanks to these guys.

Great concept. Poor execution.
I’ve been using The Elefant toy library for almost a year now, and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. The biggest disappointment is their software lately– I’ve been facing an issue for over a month, and despite following up multiple times, the team has still not resolved it. This makes the whole process of browsing and ordering very frustrating. And the disappointment on my kids faces.
On top of that, their inventory is quite limited. There aren’t enough good options to choose from, especially for kids who are in growing age. Many times, the toys that arrive are already worn out, which really takes away from the excitement of receiving something “new.”
The concept of a toy library is wonderful, but unless they improve their tech support, expand their collection, and ensure better quality control of toys, it’s hard to recommend The Elefant to other parents.
Honestly, I wouldn’t renew my subscription.

Such a brilliant concept for parents! The EleFant makes it so easy to give kids new and exciting toys without spending a fortune or filling the house with unused ones. Love how sustainable and convenient this service is for keeping little ones engaged and learning.
Ages old toys and extremely poor service
Toys are too cheap like bed time story books, guess in 10 etc. etc.. new toys are very few and always out of stock, you need to keep waiting and by the time it’s available it’s charm is gone.. also you are not gonna refund of your security and if you complain, standard response is no response, if somehow you can catch them I will get back to you in 10 minutes and you will never ever hear from them

I will suggest it’s a must try by parents, the app have N number of toys and mostly orders get delivered on time. And kids always feel the joy of unboxing the toys.

Please stay away from these people. They will try to convince you for taking 1 year membership with unlimited delivery of toys and once you take it and make the payment there won’t be any communication and you will not get any toy feom them. Please don’t believe them and stay away.
Delivery at doorstep
Kids loved the variety of toys. I saved huge based on subscription. There were few delays in deliveries and it is completely fine, as we understand startup’s will have hiccups at initial stage. I am confident this team will learn from shortcomings and improve in future. Keep up the good work 😎
