This was a very helpful service. Great doctor who is knowledgeable and professional. Updates and communication are efficient and quick. Such a excellent service. I was able to book on a Sunday for a consultation. Brilliant.
Add Customer Support Number in App
I had issues today with acoounts/logins and was in the end help by calling the support number on the website. However it took me a long time to find it as the app does not contain any directions to aid you in contacting customer support teams while logged out.

You need your mic and camera to be on for the appointment but due to a bug with the app it didn't show up settings so I was unable to turn them on and missed my appointment. Still got charged though!

4am panic
My husband developed agonising pain in his face, eye, teeth and right ear and it became unbearable in the middle of the night. We’re away from home and in any case we would not have been able to get an urgent appointment with our NHS doctor even if we had been at home. At 4am I was searching for a solution - it wasn’t suitable for A&E so I tried 111 only to be told to go to our GP. I googled “emergency doctors in …..” and there was a Superdrug website with clear advice which led to this GP app. I was able to make an appointment for 8.30 am. I am quite elderly so I got in a bit of a muddle signing into the app, but the helpline people were incredibly helpful, they waited until I got through to Dr Campbell. She was wonderful, so kind, so thorough and at no time did I get a sense of being hurried although we were probably exceeding our time slot. She managed to examine my husband closely using the camera in our iPad. She diagnosed acute sinusitis and she prescribed antibiotics and steroid nose spray to be picked up from Superdrug in our local town. When Superdrug didn’t have the right antibiotic I was emailed immediately and I picked up the medication from an alternative pharmacy. The consultation cost £48.99, £9-odd prescription cost, plus the cost of the medication. We were truly amazed and so grateful.

Brilliant service, relatively cheap. Spent 5 hours in A&E with a UTI and didn’t get seen. In absolute agony and knew I couldn’t last the weekend so tried this service. Appointment at 1015am Saturday morning, prescription and antibiotics issued at pharmacy by 1230pm. Brilliant brilliant service.

Very happy with this. No tech problems using the app. My doctor was fab, she explained everything clearly and was very kind. Such an efficient way to solve minor medical problems quickly without waiting for regular GP appt or having to wait for ages on hold. Excellent value for money in my opinion and will definitely use this again.

Possibly good
Not great, I was trying to bypass the gp waiting time but ended up waiting two days for prescription to be issued as the pharmacy I chose was closed by the time the code was received. Takes around 2 hours + for an email reply - keep receiving calls (People choose online as they want to use online services not phone services)
Please start to know what ur clients needs are and the issues they are facing, why can the prescription number be given to the patient so we can go any where?

A must have app
I don’t often write reviews, but this app and the service behind it deserves to be praised.
My wife required urgent medical attention from an ophthalmologist(eye specialist) in the evening. After spending over 2 hours trying to get hold of an NHS doctor, constantly being put on hold and talking to dismissive, rude and arrogant NHS A&E staff who refused to help, we finally gave up and downloaded this app.
Within an hour we got an appointment with a doctor who was warm, caring, knowledgeable and genuinely trying to help.
We paid ÂŁ39 for the service, they organised a video consultation, prescribed the right medicine and found a pharmacy for us where we could pick it up at 11pm the same evening.
We are very grateful for this app and the wonderful people behind it. Thank you! :)

Great service
Signed up for this after wasting a week phoning to try to get an appointment with my GP. Saw a doctor by video within the hour and got a prescription delivered to my local pharmacy. So worth the money if you work full time.

I honestly cannot believe how easy and helpful my Dr. was. I had a call bang on the time my appointment was scheduled for, my doctor was genuinely lovely and was super quick to read my medical history and know what medication to prescribe. I went from booking an appointment at 4.15pm to have my prescription in hand less than an hour later! I cannot thank them enough.
Yes may be a bit pricey but if your uncomfortable or in pain - the ease of it all was totally worth it!

Don't bother
This doctors service is more or less a privatised health scam. They can provide almost no services & charge a pretty sum for it. They promise they can provide multiple services when you book the appointment & then once you have paid & you see the doctor they confirm they cannot provide the same services & with a multitude of conditions & excuses.

Don’t bother if you have chest symptoms
Don’t bother if you have any chest symptoms at the moment as even with a negative COVID test and negative antibody test they’ll just say it’s probably post COVID syndrome.

They can’t really prescribe anything for some obscur reasons , just stay away and go for any competitor on the market

Had appointment with Sarah Bennets. I do not recommend this doctor, she hasn’t gave me a chance to talk and explain situation. She just looked on my l comments left before appointment and talked about that. Also, I had a bad feelings when she talked with me, like making a joke about my condition. Appointment cost £25, but they charge me £33. I had no any prescription or note. Used to use Push doctor before, they used to be much better and always listen to the patient. Unfortunately they are not available anymore, if your GP does not work with them.

Ideal!
Having used another app similar to this that is no longer available, I was relieved to find this app and find the process was pretty much the same. Saw a GP first thing, and when my pharmacy were not clued up as to how to process my prescription an email to the support team fixed it and they called to confirm I could collect my medication. If like me you suffer with a reoccurring condition that you know needs a prescription quickly, this is absolutely the easiest and quickest way to get the outcome you need. Will be recommending to friends and family who are happy to pay for a quicker GP service.

My illness prevents me from going to the doctor as I can’t leave the house at the moment. Therefore this appeared to be the perfect solution so I went through all the sign up procedures and wrote down my common basic symptoms.
All this only to be told to go to my local hospital! If I was able to do that I wouldn’t of needed your service.

Really rather good
Surprised at just how good this is. The app is simple to use. But I have not used this type of doctor before. what surprised me was that I was talking to a real doctor, (I asked because I was sceptical, fully qualified, in UK and a nice bloke) in 20 minutes and only cost me £12. That’s less than I would have paid in petrol and parking. I also expected mucking about and waiting for the prescription, but the doctor sent it to my chemist. I picked it up on the way back from work. Can’t get over how easy this is. Why is the nhs not doing this!

The best online doctor I’ve used!
The app is super user friendly and the actual service was great, will definitely use again when I can’t get an appointment with my regular doctor.
