The chicken is undercooked, rice has no taste and foul smell is coming from chicken despite having spices, I had a terrible stomach pain after eating

I opened acct for promotion and didn't work at store. promotion was advertised at store in Rockville.

I used to go to the cart in the city 10 years ago and got addicted to it. This is not about the nostalgia to a food that lost its taste, I’m okay with the compromise on quality. But come on, your app is so bad. Laggy, glitchy and looks like it was made in 2011. Also, while you order, they charge for extra stuff, so you assume the base will come with it but it doesn’t print it in the receipt at the store. The interface you order from is not what they see in the print out. Sad !

Amazed at this app
I don’t really understand all the reviews on here criticizing various aspects of this app. I can’t even get it to start. Just a colorful loading screen with a spinning wheel that never gets tired of spinning. So I downloaded the app again — same problem. Why not wait until the app will actually start up before loading a new version to the App Store? Wanted to order from this restaurant tonight but looks like I’ll have to find something else. If you do decide to get your app working, it might be worth checking out the other reviews too. There seems to be a lot of major issues being reported, yet all the developer updates just say “minor bug fixes.” If you aren’t interested in making the app useable, why bother having one?

No points earned for ordering in app
I’ve ordered multiple family meals and single meals through the app for pick up and noticed I don’t gain any points for that. But in store orders and payments I do when I scan the app. It’s not right.
