Impossible to change pin
I’ve used this app for 2 years but now the pin won’t change when I log in despite me getting a new pin every time so I can log back into my account, can’t even make a new account as my number is already registered
Scam
Double charged me when I dried my clothes and when I washed my clothes. This app shouldn’t even be allowed on the App Store, this is an obvious scam. And takes way too long
No way to get refund for out of order machine
I paid for dryer that did not work. I scanned the code in the wall, downloaded this app, followed the directions to scan the machine. The scan said no data found. There is no way in the app to ask for a refund though the sign said to get a refund, I should get the app and scan the machine.

Deleted as fast as downloaded
I thought I would try this app since I didn’t have enough quarters on hand to do two loads. Setting up was easy. Adding a card was easy. Paying….not so easy. The app would not allow me to select my card in order to pay. Deleted it 5 minutes after downloading it.

Any app that ask you to manually put in your credit card details in 2026 should be a red flag for anyone

Nearly useless
This app sucks, to say the least. It lets you pay and start the machines but that’s it. There’s not option to see time left on the washers and the dryer time doesn’t work. You also can’t see your orders or even a receipt for what you purchased.
will no longer let me sign in
app support won’t connect to the server/seems to be down. When I try to sign in I’m told Login Failed invalid phone or password. But every time I reset the password, I am continuously met with the same prompt. in order to get my laundry done. I just tried to re sign up but when this being my only phone number, I’m told I already have an account.

Didn’t allow me to select options for washing. I had wanted to cold wash only. In the end I had to find change to do laundry after all.

Inaccurate time allotted with purchase
I just paid $1.58 for 30 minutes but the dryer was only scheduled for 25 minutes. This is misleading.

Laundromat no longer uses your app
I really liked your app, but unfortunately the local laundromat no longer uses it. I am requesting my menu back from my wallet and my rewards. It should be easier to request this, so I’m giving you four stars.

3) no support for easy card payments(apple pay, paypal, cashapp, etc) full card information input is required for any use of the app

App will not load payment info. Does not scan and has terrible user interface!
Needs to add customer service options to site
Half of my dryers were opened I end up sitting waiting for no reason didn’t double to dry my laundry

I choose hot and heavy soiled on app, app charged me extra, machine did not do heavy it hot. Where can I get a refund?
