Nearly useless
This app sucks, to say the least. It lets you pay and start the machines but that’s it. There’s not option to see time left on the washers and the dryer time doesn’t work. You also can’t see your orders or even a receipt for what you purchased.
will no longer let me sign in
app support won’t connect to the server/seems to be down. When I try to sign in I’m told Login Failed invalid phone or password. But every time I reset the password, I am continuously met with the same prompt. in order to get my laundry done. I just tried to re sign up but when this being my only phone number, I’m told I already have an account.

It’s not good
Didn’t allow me to select options for washing. I had wanted to cold wash only. In the end I had to find change to do laundry after all.

It doesn’t connect to the machine when I scan the QR code, and it didn’t give me any options to choose a machine to connect to
Inaccurate time allotted with purchase
I just paid $1.58 for 30 minutes but the dryer was only scheduled for 25 minutes. This is misleading.

Laundromat no longer uses your app
I really liked your app, but unfortunately the local laundromat no longer uses it. I am requesting my menu back from my wallet and my rewards. It should be easier to request this, so I’m giving you four stars.

3) no support for easy card payments(apple pay, paypal, cashapp, etc) full card information input is required for any use of the app

Laundry boss is useless!
App will not load payment info. Does not scan and has terrible user interface!
Needs to add customer service options to site
Half of my dryers were opened I end up sitting waiting for no reason didn’t double to dry my laundry

I choose hot and heavy soiled on app, app charged me extra, machine did not do heavy it hot. Where can I get a refund?

Good app I do everything on my phone I rarely get cash so this nice I would like to see times though and my order history pls and thank you

Don't know what happened just got this app work fine but now all of a sudden after logging in and scanning the code the app quits and I'm unable to use to wash or dry clothes
Lies lies about loyalty points
I used the app to pay for my loads to wash and dry and not one loyalty point was given to me smh shame on your lies . Even got the workers lying to get you to use the app..

Tried it at my laundry mat. On 2 different washers. Wasted 12$ no way to get my money back no way to despite it on the app. Sooooooo
