Worst Service!
If I could give zero stars I would. Totally inaccurate information on bus service and arrivals.
Worse: my family and I were abruptly dropped off in the middle of nowhere at 10pm on a winter night by a driver who could not deliver us to our destination. He told us we would have to wait 30min for the next bus. No support, no guidance. And, an obscenity as he drove away in a bus “not in service”.
If this is what you call a public service, I would hate to see how you treat those suffering.
Dropping this app as the most $#%*! I could possibly subscribe. Thanks for nothing!

The app worked great for me!
I’m sure why the reviews are bad for this app - I had accurate information, buses were on time, and it was all super easy.

Inaccurate bus times
I walked to catch a bus at 11:13, couple minutes passed by and I called customer support. The employee on the line wasn’t very helpful or informative and said there had to be something wrong with my phone because he didn’t know where I was getting my departure times from. He said the next bus wasn’t until 12:50. The app is inaccurate and the customer service rep wasn’t great either.

App as great as the bus service
Terrible app, even worse bus service. Incorrect info, inconsistent bus service, even zero stars would be generous.
Why did they remove the full schedules?
This app is now borderline useless since you can only see the current (real time) schedules.
I think all of us really need to see the full schedules, to plan departures accordingly.

Awful app
Why can’t I see the bus schedule at all? Why can I only see the currently running lines? This app is almost completely useless.
Unreliable
1 Star is too generous for this wimpy excuse of an app. This made me late for work because of the inaccurate times. The only thing I got out of this was less money and a false sense of hope.
Great bus service, terrible app
Zero stars should be an option, the app is inconsistent and most of the times flat out does not work. Going to the website is easier, faster and more accurate (and the website is not really very good frankly). Don’t waste your time with this app.
Great idea in theory
Watched the Brown line creep up to the resort, made a plan to meet it on time, and then it turns into the Red line. If the routes change colors in the real world, but not the app, what good does a tracker do in that scenario?
Just Awful
Only thing less reliable than this app is WP bus service. The drivers are unprofessional. The schedules are meaningless. This app is right at home with the service. Buggy and inaccurate.
Zero stars - IT DOES NOT WORK
This app does not work and is no longer serviced. Call the on-call service instead for updates. Their number is 970-726-4163.
Where are bus schedules
I wish I had kept the last version. I can find bus schedules on this new app. Pretty much useless to me when planning or leaving schedules for others
Not accurate
Not accurate at all. It just doesn’t come on schedule or doesn’t come at all. The app doesn’t give you any information. Just false hope. Do yourself a favor and rent a car. The shuttle is free and worth every penny.

Not user friendly
The good thing about the older app is I could pick any line, favorite a single stop like “Hideaway Park Southbound” and immediately see the times of every single bus that stopped there when I was ready to leave. No longer. Now you need to go into any specific line that stops somewhere and favorite that same exact stop. Why?? I don’t care which line I take as long as it stops at my favorite stops.
Should also always show the next stops within 12 hours. If I look at the app at 10pm and Blue line will be running but not until the next morning, it should show me those times so I can try to plan ahead without going into the Trip Planner.
