How is it possible that you have made an order and then three days later they tell you that the product is not available and then you see that the same product is available at an even higher price!!!! Without some incompetents

Once you get the hang of it, the app is pretty user-friendly and easy enough to navigate. All the items I've bought have been of excellent quality and exactly like in the pictures.
