The autopayment reminder is very Irritating, especially if I'm sure I don't want to use it. There is no weekly automatic payment, this function would be more convenient for me than monthly autopayment.

I don’t know how to write this. Because the office nor has maintenance contacted us and we’ve requested maintenance twice for a toilet that is not working. Toilets are a necessity, not a luxury. It needs to be fixed.

Great maintenance request portal and community board, but I wish there was more information like hours of the leasing office and pool, instructions for using the Amazon hub, just general questions.
so convenient
as a busy mom this app makes it so dang easy to take care of things for our home that would otherwise require me to make a trip to the office or try to have an adult phone call while my toddler climbs on me and asks for 8 different things. it’s so user friendly and easy to navigate plus it gives me a huge peace of mind knowing i can quickly submit maintenance requests WITH PHOTOS and descriptions. definitely recommend having the app if you’re a resident.
