New Hearing Aid Experience
This is my first experience with hearing aids. I am an 80 year old non technical male, but had no problem following the instructions for setup, calibration, Bluetooth connection, charging and use of my new Sony CRE-E10 hearing aids. I am very much enjoying being able to control various features from my iPhone. And also enjoying my improved hearing, at a very economical cost.

I am HAPPY to hear better
It finally dawned on me that my wife was going to get a bit tired of me saying “pardon me”, “what did you say”, “what did they say” and “I missed that”….not any more! Love my new hearing aids…getting used to them and making them work to my benefit. So glad to hear better!!
An unexpected pleasure
I am finding getting adjusted to hearing aids to be an interesting adventure. I have a background in biology, voice science and special education, so I am enjoying observing the process and sharing my experiences with the counselors, who have been gracious.

The important part work adequately
Control portion of the app works well enough but I used to be able to control the tone that was an added benefit they removed. The other half of the app doesn’t work.
Life changer
I Honestly, can say that this company and MOST IMPORTANTLY the people that I have worked with have changed my life I can actually hear things that I did not realize were there! I can’t thank these individuals and the company enough for helping me restore and protect my hearing due to the industry that I have been in for two decades, and all the damage is caused. I already have people making the same decisions I’ve made to improve my quality of life…… the best part of having these is the unlimited, practical jokes I get to play on my boss and coworkers!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Getting used to the devices.
The hearing aids are functioning well. There have been some glitches. I still struggle to get them installed. Yesterday, the left one stopped working. I had a voice call scheduled with an advisor and he walked me through the cleaning process to remove ear wax from the device. I am looking forward to my scheduled meeting at the facility to get questions answered after experiencing their use for a period of time. I’m pleased that support seems readily available so far.

Worthwhile Information
Even though this was not my first experience with hearing aids, I found the daily information to be very worthwhile. Some of it was a reinforcement of what I already knew but some was new topics or a better explanation of what I had previously been told or read. I recommend everyone follow the 30 day program.

The convenience seemed a bit too easy but Michael Wynter explained the process in its entirety. I was amazed by not only the technology but the expertise of each individual I encountered along the way.

Brittney was extremely helpful and pleasant to visit with. All questions that I might have had weee all answered in the one phone call. She set up my appointment according to my schedule and to my satisfaction. I’m anxious to get started and hearing better! Thank you Brittney!
Tabatha was fantastic!
I really like the way Tabatha talked me through the introductory, instruction, and closing stages of the presentation. She treated me as an intelligent individual and more as a friend than just another caller. She was very knowledgeable about the product and the trial program, made sure I fully understood all phases of the process, answered all my questions in a very personable way, an gave me everything I needed in order to make a quick decision to move forward. Excellent Experience with Elle Edmond
I had an excellent experience with Elle. She explained in detail what to expect from these new hearing aids. Went step by step and was very patient with me. I would definitely recommend her to friends with hearing difficulties. I have my new hearing aids. Got them yesterday and so far so good. So much better than my old ones.
