TUMI Bravo Expition pack. Retails for 800-900. Rear real sold it for 160. I got 80. Will NEVER use them again
Buyer Beware
I have bought about $7500 worth of merchandise here; about $2500 has been as described and useful. This is not a good site if one is not well off. Most things are mismeasured and inaccurately described. Very rarely can anything be returned (but if it can be the return window is very short). Nor is it a good resale place: you'll receive pennies on the dollar (example YSL dress NWT brought me $10). Unless you're rich and environmentally conscious my advice is avoid this site.
Update: It just gets worse dealing with these people. They harass you for consignments. They do not listen at all. AVOID!!!

Items description and pictures
Poor poor poor poor item description!! The items are described like someone didn’t feel like to write and just throw some words on the description box. A few times inaccurate. Frustrating!
Difficult to sell
The process for selling or even getting an estimate for an item is not clear and they have limited hours if you want to get any answers. Tried texting and customer service rep via text was really rude. I’ll be selling elsewhere.
Frustrated
I have contacted the Real Real too many times on shipping issues and items misrepresented such as mens shoes listed as womens shoes, sizing issues and misrepresented items being put right back into the sales arena
This is not fair to The Designer or the customer. The item will never be sold so it’s in their best interest to correct this, but they don’t seem interested in doing so. I have wasted my time traveling to the stores to bring back items that were misrepresented.
Also spent countless hours on the phone with real real representatives trying to get my shipping cost back after the items arrived late
