Glitching Recently
Love the Rounds but the app has been so glitchy for me recently, making it really hard for me edit my delivery. Please fix!
They fail to include items in the order and don’t respond.
Each time I’ve ordered from this app, I’ve had missing items in my order. There’s no way to report this directly in the app—you have to text some random number if something goes wrong. Then, it takes a day for them to respond and promise to redeliver the item in a few days. When the delivery date arrives, they send you a tracking number saying the item is on its way, only for them to later tell you it’s not. They issue a partial refund (but not the full amount for some reason), and it goes to your account rather than your credit card, likely to keep you hooked. This is just a poorly run business, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Problem with the app still an issue for me.
The continue button is below the screen on my I-phone, and when I attempt to scroll down it shows up for 2 seconds but immediately disappears so I can’t access it. Tested it with friends who have confirmed that like me, they can’t find a way to make it work.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried removing and reinstalling several times and the app doesn’t work at all. I can’t get past the opening screen on iPhone 15– 17.6.1
App is subpar
I don’t mind the service but the app is poorly designed, navigating is so tedious I almost don’t want to use the service
Bad quality, unresponsive customer service
The quality of their overpriced products is terrible. On top of that the “always available” phone number listed for texting does not reply at all to my concerns. 🗑️
Bad customer service
I wanted to like it. I thought it was a pretty neat app and subscription but aside from their products being overpriced, they have bad customer service. I live in an apartment complex and I made sure my address and apartment number was accurate and they delivered to a totally different number. They sent me a picture and I went to go look for a doormat that looked like the picture. I ordered a flower bouquet and they were withered since it was the next day from my expected delivery. I was disappointed that when I got home I had no package when I was suppose to. The snacks are meh and overpriced. Just go to Whole Foods. The bouquet was underwhelming for the price. I would have tried again but the customer service did nothing to compensate for damaged goods or the trouble of having to do a scavenger hunt. I’m all up for saving the planet but there are other ways that are more cost efficient. Not worth the hype

The best!
I love knowing the containers are being reused. Customer service is excellent. And delivery right to my door. What’s not to love! The produce is a bit pricey but I mainly use this service for the items that come in containers that can be reused.
Super convenient!
My husband and I have used The Rounds for a while, it’s the easiest way to manage all the everyday essential stuff we use in our home. The app is awesome and keeps getting even better!
Disappointing.
I went based on the reviews and such that I read and had really high hopes. Was disappointed by the first week! And we immediately cancelled. The variety of food in the bundles we ordered was minimal and the items were shoddy and overpriced. Would rather buy direct from the farmers.
Sustainability made convenient- what’s not to love?
The Rounds has slowly but surely made its way into every room in our household. Getting everything in reusable containers and packaging free produce is truly a game changer. It’s like having a farmers market at your fingertips. Products are great and they keep adding new ones every week. Recommend!!

Great produce and grocery delivery
I started using the rounds a few weeks ago for produce and cleaning products. The shampoo and body wash smell great and the produce is fresh and high quality too!

GAMECHANGER
I've been using The Rounds for a while now and it has been a total game-changer! I love how easy it is to get most of my grocery/household shopping done and feel good about the products I'm buying. Was so excited when the app launched - it is user-friendly and makes it so easy to make updates week to week.
