Clueless about what guests need
The app email account has to match your booking email account? One washing machine at the time without queuing?
The system design is bananas, they really think people want to do everything on the app? The hotel itself is built so good but choosing to go digital they secured themselves a “never go again and tell everyone to never go there either” category.
This human-removal management kool-aid is killing their brqin cells.

Poor User Experience
1. Poor wifi connectivity in laundry room. This prevents reservations and payments when you are in the room. Folks just walk away without paying obvlivious to their machine not turning on.
2. Punish idle machines. Make it cost a modest fee/minute of idle time so that folks don’t just leave their laundry sitting.
3. Queuing system. You can only reserve open machines. Just add a basic queuing system so I don’t have to monitor this app constantly or sit myself in the room waiting for a machine to open. It is 2025 and if you’re going to go through the effort of making an app at least implement some basic features.

Seriously? I need to download an app to use the laundry machine??
I sometimes absolutely hate the digital age. Why are you forcing people to download an app just to use a laundry machine?? I’d honestly rather pay for the laundry machine than have to download an app.
Wash only darks
Avoid using the washer or dryer for light clothes, it leaves permanent stains on clothing :/
