App glitches
Whenever I go to unlock my card it doesn’t unlock. Sometimes it takes about 20-40 mins of me trying to unlock my debit card before it actually toggles over to unlock which happens to me almost everyday.

Forms issue
I had issues twice now where I filled out a form on this app, got an email confirmation that I filled out the form and then they claim they never got it. The email even had a link to view the from I filled out and get a copy. I don’t understand how they never get it then.
Old way was much better
I cannot find checks that have been cashed or bills that have been paid.
Before, right on the first page, was a list of all transactions and it was so easy

Completely different from what you see.
Don’t know why, but 5 Star decided to change appearance removing the sectional organizing leaving accounts listed top to bottom. Fonts are light on while background. What I’m saying is what you see is not what you will have to work with. Love Summit, just find new changes in appearance more cumbersome. Still trying to find my way to access VISA account data.

Liked the old version better
I am not fond of the new bills/pay tab. I liked the old se up better. It was easier to navigate.
App update
The app was fantastic before this new update. It is awful now. It doesn’t load. Death spiral every time I have tried in the last 6 days.
Tried in WiFi tried in cellular. I have also tried to shut down my phone and boot back up, same outcome.

Nothing but problems
Absolutely terrible the app never works. It keeps my card locked overnight. I can’t unlock it. Just a lot of problems with this bank.
The app is a waste of time
My card is stuck locked. I’m forced to leave my car and walk. No emergency phone line.

Dec 2024, not only does quick balance not work with the new iOS, but the ability to turn card on/off is broken as I was not able to turn it back on when I needed it last night
Quick Balance not working new IOS update
The quick balance function seems to be busted and is not working anymore ever since Apple's latest update, there is no Summit FCU widget to set to my lock screen so I can quickly check my balance. December 2024

Not great
Minimal features. Wire transfers to other institutions, finding helpful support, accessing customer service is slow and cumbersome, or not even possible through the app.

Every other day there is a bug, and I can’t access my information. Now I have turned my card off because it’s misplaced & for some odd reason the app won’t let me turn my card to active. How ironic it can’t be because the app is always messing up could it. MINOR inconvenience. I have no access to MY OWN money.

Making a deposit
It tells me to rotate phone to take a picture, it actually takes me 6-10 minutes for it to rotate correctly! Very aggravating.
