This company is disingenuous and manipulative. Lied to me about what I was agreeing to, customer service says they’ll have a supervisor reach out, never happens, emails get ignored. This is not a reflection of the actual vet and vet tech that comes to help your animal - this is strictly in regard to the structure of this company and “customer care”. Will never recommend this to any pet parents! Please exhaust all other options before getting involved with this garbage company.

I love my vets from Better Vet, the company that merged with The Vets. I’m not sure about the company. I got texts with links asking for information on my cats (even though they should have had the material from Better Vets.). The links didn’t work and I tried to notify them, but got numerous emails, texts, and phone calls—I think wanting information. But when I called the number back, numerous times, after getting through their complicated phone tree, a recorded voice said that no one was available and to leave a message. The visit with the vets themselves, who I knew from Better Vets, was a 5.

Our Dog has been suffering from a skin condition for ten plus years that our previous Vet and others couldn’t find the solution. After TheVets Team came in, assessed the problem, and prescribed the right plan to alleviate my Dogs itching, constant scratching, licking and biting. Its been 24 hours later and my Dog hasn’t done any of the above. She’s been sleeping soundly and is finally getting the uninterrupted SLEEP she so desperately needed. She’s been sleeping since she received treatment. Its been 24 hours and my poor dog is dreaming, twitching like she’s running! We couldn’t be more happier than we our now, because she has FINALLY found RELIEF. Thank You so very much to TheVets Team for helping our 17 year old Baby!

Please do not take time off work/ school etc expecting these people to show up for a scheduled appt (canceled night before, was told it was resolved, then contacted at 730a saying the system glitched, canceled again, and someone already took me spot… lololol, can you imagine admitting all that for someone scheduled in advance instead of canceling whomever scheduled last minute?🤣)
