This app doesn’t work. Can’t even find the router.

Doesn’t work

Used to work but logged me out and now I can’t log back in. Password incorrect and barcode error.
Thanks for the suggestion about deleting app and reinstalling- tried it a few times but no different.

Is there any update for this app ?

Never had anything more than 30 download. Went to the shop and the fat lad behind the counter sniggered and told me I had signed a 24 month contract and was stuck in it.
Putting the CR in APp

Does not work with my Three 4G plus router.

Router working fine, web interface fine and 10 devices attached. This app can’t find it though.

The app never able to connect to router

It never works, ,can’t even connect the app to the router. Tried with different devices same result, app is absolutely useless garbage.

I have been struggling along with this app for over a year, it is absolutely horrible. The only way to look into the router is to log in through Ethernet.

No offer is special enough to tolerate Three

If you’re reading this and toying with the idea of Three, read no further. Forget it. They’re cheap because they don’t deliver what you pay for and deploy an army of patronising morons when you complain.

The app DID find the router when I went to iPhone settings and enabled find devices on local network. But it’s a waste of time. No features at all. Supposed to tell you signal strength in different places. Doesn’t matter what floor or window I move it to, the signal is stuck in low to medium. I could put it up my backside or throw it in a volcano and I bet the graph on the app wouldn’t move.

No way to find out what the firmware should be, let alone try to update it.

Dad has a Three mobile phone that gets about 70mbps 4G. This rubbish router gets 8mbps at best. That’s less than 1 megabyte per second which is completely inadequate for anything other than browsing the web or email, on one device. Streaming, downloading, gaming, heavy websites, even update the software on your phone are out of the question with this piece of junk.

It was only £12 per month but it’s not worth anything at all. Might as well pay a bit more on another network and have something that works. Please let me disabuse you of any ideas that Three will be OK for you and how can all these people be wrong etc. Must be happy customers somewhere? Nah. It’s as bad as it looks. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Note to Three - please spare me the scripted reply saying how sorry you are. I don’t want your pity, I want internet, so please focus your energies there.

Useless App

App cannot locate 4G+ hub, have tried deleting the app and downloading again, still doesn’t work. Hub works fine with good download speeds & detected by logging in via IP address. Have given up trying with the App - it’s a waste of space.

Don’t bother downloading it!

Does not work and is pointless being on the App Store! Please do everyone a favour and remove it so you can stop wasting people’s time

Complete waste of time

Finds the router on startup. If you scan the QR code, all that happens is a white screen. Nothing else happens. If you try to type in the password it tells you it’s incorrect. Do you not have product testers at Three?

Supposed to set up by scanning barcode on the back of the router. Tried multiple times - just spins - no connection

No internet, same customer service conversation

Called every week now for 5 weeks straight. Same 20min conversation with customer service, work going on will be fixed in a week, credited my account for £2 (oooh yeah).

Now we’re trapped in this contract for no internet.

I just want internet to work 😢

The Most Useless App Ever!

Don’t even bother to download it.
I fail to understand the sense of an app that does not work.
It’s not even worth a one star rating

Please do not buy 3 broadband, the connection is poor, the app is of no use.

Never found my router

Thought it would work after an update , several updates later , still cant find router , local device discovery enabled , tried scanning the barcode as well ,

Never buy three broadband

Since I have three service on my phone decided to move to three broadband too the speed I got was 1 and 2 mbps called the call centre several times and said there’s issue in your area should be fix in a week and after a week still the same and now almost a month and still the same it’s horrible and can get you very frustrated gonna cancel mine and move to my previous provider who promised me 64mbps and delivered that unlike three who promises you speed upto 150 mbps and doesn’t go more than 2mbps . Was a very frustrating month may even change my sim after the service I received on this broadband

Useless

Doesn’t connect to latest 4G+ router - total waste of time.

Useless app along with useless 4g router and waste of money over 2 year contract

No support. No help. Always have issues with mobile broadband and will never get an answer or support.
