Thrive is very helpful!

I’ve enjoyed using Thrive; it provides specific strategies to feel better and more capable. Thrive is easy to use and navigate.
The psychiatrist provides medical context throughout. The opening segment might seem a bit long, but before you know it, you’ll be guided with useful actions to feel better and live more fully.
The multiple five minute video episodes are particularly helpful which I watch again and again.
I first began using thrive eight months ago; I return regularly for a refresher.
Everyone can benefit from using Thrive, whatever their circumstances.
