Fraud and Cheaters
I ordered serums and medicines of more than 3000. Order was cancelled and I haven’t got my refund. I tried multiple time to reach them but had no luck. No one is replying on their WhatsApp support as well. Pretty fake fraud and cheaters.

I have received an old manufactured acne facial cleanser from thrive. I tried several times to connect to their customer care support for a proper resolution but they did not provide me any resolution. Their attitude was very bad. They were not polite and don’t know how to talk to a customer. I will not recommend anyone to buy any products from thrive co. It is a fraud company.

I had ordered something from thriveco and later cancelled the order,
And it’s been more than 20 days I have not received my refund.
Everytime I reach out to there team, I get to here, we are processing it.
Not sure about their products but considering such behaviour, would not recommend anyone to order anything from thriveco.

Worst customer care service & Fraud app.
I placed a prepaid order on 30th December 2025. Despite this, I later received the order as Cash on Delivery (COD). I cancelled/refused the order, but I have still not received the refund for my prepaid amount.
I have tried contacting customer care multiple times, but no one has responded to my calls, which is very disappointing.
