Rubbish, never works when you need it
Bring back voi, tier scooter app is terrible and crashes all the time, pointless and can’t be relied on for people to get home safely. Dangerous to rely on and irresponsible to put in place in Bristol over other methods of transport

Faulty scooter steering broke my iPhone
They stalled and said their insurance would help but never did..tried to co tact Tier. Tier said Marsh & Parsons would reach out. Marsh & Parsons lied and said someone had reached out to me and couldn’t get hold of me ..
On top of that - after reporting it faulty they did not take it offline but it stayed in service when the steering was loose ..and my 1 month old iPhone was attached to the steering for navigation and got shattered

It’s almost impossible to park the scooter. I’ve tried to park in 8 areas but every time I saw the message: “parking area is full, find another one”. I’d been searching for 25 minutes before had found appropriate area.
Scam
If you have no ride zones and no park zones, don’t let your system rent out in these. Got a scooter, doesn’t move, doesn’t let me end my trip.

Can’t see if the destination has parking available until you start the ride.
Can’t see if the destination has parking available until you start the ride. No navigation in app. The map colour scheme makes most cities unrecognisable. Not enough scooters or bikes. Fewer parking spots. Just loads of major features missing. Tier you can hmu and pay me if you need me to point them out. Do better.

In a sea of bikes and I can’t rent a single one
I was literally surrounded by bikes at a parking zone in Bristol yet when I scanned every single one, the app kept saying that ‘this bike is not available’. Not a single bike showed on the app either but I am standing next to about 20 bikes! Suffice to say I had to run for my train and won’t be trying again.

business zone too small
I’m new to this app and business and planned on going on a short pleasure ride to the next village over when I noticed that the bike was already parked at the border of the zone. I locked the bike but got an app issue. This all took just a few mins und without ever moving the bike I was charged 4 euros.
