Too many “required” field hang ups. Would not access my previous reward account as it did not recognize my email address. It did not send password reset when requested.

It’s generally a good app however, there are things that could be improved on.
Not all drink options were shown on the app. Also not all hot sauces were shown on the app. I had to make the effort to go in and pay for hot sauce separately and catch them before they filled all the drinks.

Love the restaurant, app not so much
App is not very user friendly… took me over 15 min to sign up and order. Signed in with Apple and still had to enter credit card. This is my first time using f this app
Bad app
It’s constantly prompting you to “login/sign up and get rewards”, but there’s always an error when logging in. So you can’t get rewards. It’s glitchy, and hard to use. Often taking me so long to find what I want that the “pickup time” I enter at the beginning of the process is wrong by the time I’m ready to check out. So you have to go out of payment, enter a new time, and then re-enter payment info. It’s just clunky and bad.

Ordering in the app is terrible
If you try to place a order and have to add a new card it literally only gives you two lines. The freaking rest of it never comes up I had to delete all my other cards in order to add a new one. The store and the food is always top tier tho. This review is for the app

Bad app
The App has been terrible since the new launch!!!! It was much better before!! It took me 30 min to place an order due to error messages and not letting me update my info!!

App needs a lot of work
Doesn’t give good customization options (light jalapeño). Discounts don’t work. Navigation is a bit confusing. Bright colors are bad on eyes.

Unable to order through app
It just demands a phone number. I give it my number, it says success, but still says there's an error at checkout. Tried to input it there, received an error. It will not allow me to place an order without the number. It's my real number. Don't know why you need it, but I tried. Gave you all my private information and still can't use your service.
Update two months later: I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, same problem. It will not allow me to enter my phone number and will not allow me to order without it. It demands my location now, I gave it. It's just harvesting data with no functionality.

Update
This new app update is terrible compared to the old one. Navigation is off, you have to troubleshoot, just adding a new card. If you exit the app to tend to other multitasking it erases your entire order and you have to start over again… There’s room for a lot of improvements to say the least..
Adding Payment
I tried adding a card to my payment method and it wouldn’t let me scroll down enough to add it. I had to attach my keyboard and tab to add additional information
