Tente novamente em minutos” e a imagem que eu tento anexar está dentro dos padrões que a plataforma exige… gostaria de iniciar na plataforma, mas tá difícil

jogando restrições por mal interpretações e o pior. Eles te bloqueia de fazer algumas coisas com as restricoes teve uma vez q bloquearam ate o saque de dinheiro de produtos q eu vendi. E quando vai recorrer nao explicam oque aconteceu para eles aplicarem violacao. Zero suporte, ta largado o app. Estou tentando vincular a minha conta da loja na minha do tiktok q faco live nao dar diz espera reembolso, nao sei doq se nao tenho enfim. So raiva

Recebi uma punição de 90 dias, 3 meses, depois de todos os gastos que tive com curso e compra de produtos para fazer vídeos além do tempo dedicação e equipamentos para filmagem, e fui punida sem receber exatamente o que fiz de errado, não aceitaram minha justificativa e não me explicaram o pq e não me deram mais uma chance de recorrer. Achei uma meninas extremamente abusiva pq tenho feito tudo com muito carinho estudo e dedicação. Quando erramos devemos ser orientados ou banidos na hora, não ser suspensos por 90 dias, um absurdo e falta de respeito com o usuário.

Need help and unable to get it
The on boarding create so much stress, discouragement, and anxiety. You can do exactly what you’re asked to, and putting information exactly how they ask, uploading the exact documents after jumping hoops to obtain the documentation, and you will continuously be denied with the same error message. When you reach out to support for help so that they could potentially support you and get you to the point where you were able to start your business, you’re met with the same exact trouble. They literally copy and paste the same error message to you. I have been escalated to a ticket three times with no resolution. This has been so far a frustrating experience. I hope that I am able to start a TikTok shop. Hopefully then I will have a better experience, and have a new opinion.
