Don’t put money in autosave because you will never be able to withdraw it and you will never be able to get help through their entirely chatbot customer service. Emails don’t work and neither does calling their 888-######## listed on the statement inside the app. I deeply regret using the autosave feature because I have over $100 that I cannot get put back in to my checking. Honestly I am prepared to report to regulatory authorities. The phone number does allow you to speak to a live agent no matter how many times I call it. I think this company needs a class action lawsuit against it
