Don’t bother downloading. No functionality works.
DOES NOT WORK!
I have been a new customer for the last 4 months and boy, do I regret it! From customer service issues to billing issues, to failing autopay issues, Time Internet is one of the worst broadband providers in Malaysia. Even this terrible app of theirs does not work, upon downloading, I cannot log in! What is the point of all this, just for show???
