Easy Time Tracking
My team has been on this software for 4 years. It has saved me 32% in payroll cost and 8 hours a week in collecting, sorting, and entering timesheets into ADP. highly recommend to anyone, but you have to go to the website.

Just such a pain to use on phone. Have to constantly reset password cause it logs me out after every update and don’t remember the password. And even then cant even do that without calling cause they don’t ever send the temporary password through email. Only use cause that’s what my dang company makes me use. Just a big headache all around

Trash app
For some reason this app signs me out every 3 months for no reason. I don’t sign in on any other devices and yet it still does it. Also if you change it from am to pm or vice versa you have to leave it on that option for more than 5 seconds for it to register and save. Wish my company would find a better app since there are so many to choose from.

No way to change or forgot password in app
Cannot do forgot password at login in app. Cannot change password in app. Cannot change password in web portal. The only way to change password is to go to login screen on web portal and do forgot password there.
A good, solid app
I’ve been using this for many years now. It has never failed or been unavailable in a manner that disrupted my work accountability. Timesheet development is easy and report generation is no issue in many formats. I’m a single consultant so admittedly don’t use the team tools as my reports feed government accountability. Nonetheless, the online and app experience are seamless, fixing a mistake such as unapproving work is not hard. I’ll continue to use as long as I need.

Not able to advance status
Evidently you can’t generate an invoice or advance the status of a project unless you upgrade. Sorry I wasted my time.

Use I because I have to
I use the app to be able to record time on the go because that is the program used by my company. I will say when you input multiple days at a time is takes forever, although the “save and add new” function seems to be working better. Also, when synching the app is slow if you’ve been using web based time entry and are trying to “catch the app up”. The speed of this app is greatly lacking.

This fine app has been working well for years until the 12/15/20 update---now I can no longer submit any times. Please fix! So I can give it the stars it deserves.
Phone app issues
When I am inputting data and the screen fills; instead of. Scrolling down to allow you to see the data that you are inputting, you just see the initial info and can not see the current data!!

Concur is Better
I have used multiple time entry apps and this one is by far the worst. For instance
1) you cannot input your time at the end of the week and submit. When you enter your time it is saved for that day. However, if you save time on Monday and submit it on Tuesday the date changes to the submitted date.
2) The app does not open up to the last time sheet saved. Everyday I have to search for the job number and billing codes to complete entry. This takes extra time. All I need is an App that opens up to the last submitted entry, and allows me to change the date and time and hit submit.
3) you can’t submit an entry directly from the time entry screen. You have to save the entry and go through additional screens to submit the time. Add a (save and submit) button next to the save button. Not really sure what the “save” button is saving.....if you save your time all week and try to submit the entries at the end of the week, all time entry dates will change to the submission date.

Support is there, but the same problem happens
We decided to intergrate this to our business as a way of reducing time, being modern and also helping the planet by reducing paper trail. It was also to help my accountant track payroll easier so she doesnt have to manually do it. The app works. However linking with reckon accounting software is a problem and the web connect has constant issues. This means my accountant spends more time frustrated with a program that doesnt sync properly and constantly has to ring the support line where they only say the same fix solution that temporary solves itself however she spends well over 30mins each time.
Has cost my small business more money than if we kept the old timesheet system we had in place and created more headaches.
Have requested our money back for the subscription as it does not work as asvertised.

Time Tracker app
I have been using this app for nearly 9 months. Very easy to learn and use. I manage multiple projects and accurately track billable minutes using Time Tracker.
Only improvement I would suggest is the ability to alter, update or delete the client list. Once entered, I see no way to get rid of them from my list.
